Yoga and Sound Bath

December is not generally associated with rest, and I'd like to change that.

The next Yoga and Sound Bath is on Saturday 14th December 2 - 4 pm at Profiles Studio in Hassocks with myself and Hummingbird Sounds.

This event is hosted with the Rural Sussex Girl community, which means it is a female only event.

Sometimes, our nervous system needs a pause.

Join me for few slow, soothing breaths and some gentle movement in preparation to bathe in the sounds of crystal bowls and healing gong.

We all deserve time to be; breathe, rest and drift with vague consciousness as our mind and body settle.
