I’m Caz — a yoga teacher, mindfulness guide, and holistic practitioner based in Hassocks, Sussex. I help you build self-worth, awareness and ease in your life, so that taking time for yourself becomes a practice, not a luxury.
My approach blends gentle movement, breathwork, coaching and creative rest so you can relax deeply, restore your nervous system and connect with others in a supportive space. Yoga became more than movement for me — it became community, connection and comfort.
