I provide lunchtime and after work online Mindfulness Sessions to support the wellbeing of employees.

Rest can be the most productive thing we do.
Taking 20 minutes to unwind enables us to continue our day with clearer focus and reduced stress.

These sessions include breath work, somatic practices, guided relaxations, mini EFT workshops and gentle movement to release tightness in neck and shoulders caused by sitting at a desk.
