£70 for the full course / £15 per class (+£5 for 24th Oct)

Week 1:
Restorative Yoga helps us to explore our reaction to slowing down. Is it welcome, or is your mind racing? This class will also introduce breathing patterns for soothing the nervous system.
Theme: How does it feel to be in your body?

Week 2: Mindful Yoga Flow. Drawing on the practice of self enquiry, and connecting to your body, can you let go of how others look in a shape and focus on your own experience.
Theme: How can we be kinder to ourselves and others?

Week 3: A journey to Headstand. This stronger class helps you explore the goal of Yoga; to release expectation. Are you stronger than you thought, or are you rushing ahead?
Theme: The pose is not the goal!

Week 4: Balance in Yoga Flow. A concept within Yoga is that postures should be stable and comfortable; we’ll play another principle of Yoga to draw our awareness inward.
Theme: Balancing effort and ease.

Week 5: And relax!
Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath.
Theme: Santosha (contentment or bliss surpassed).
Please note this is an extended class running from 5.30 - 7pm.
