Winter Solstice Retreat

Date: Sunday 20th December, 2 - 5 pm

Location: A secret cosy barn in Ditchling

The Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year, a natural moment to slow down, turn inwards and acknowledge the changing season.

And yet, December can be one of the busiest months of the year.

There's so much to organise, so much to remember, and often very little space to stop and take stock.

Join me for a gentle, seasonal mini retreat to step away from the busyness, settle into yourself, and make a little space for the year that's been and the year beginning to unfold.

We'll weave together gentle Yin and restorative Yoga, guided meditation and quiet reflection, creating space to soften, breathe and listen to what you need.

There'll be time to acknowledge what you'd like to leave behind, what you'd like to carry forward, and what you want to make room for in the months ahead.

We'll also explore a special intention-setting ritual, creating a simple glass jar with a ribbon to hold something meaningful to you. A small, personal reminder to return to throughout the coming year.

There's no need to arrive with a plan, a resolution or even the words to describe how you're feeling.

You can simply come as you are and see what emerges.

A gentle afternoon to yourself

This retreat is for anyone who would appreciate a little breathing room at the end of the year. You don't need any previous Yoga or meditation experience, and there's no expectation to share your reflections with anyone else.

A quiet, cosy afternoon to gather, rest, reflect and reconnect with yourself, in a welcoming space guided by the rhythm of the season.
