Mindfulness at Work

I provide lunchtime and after-work online Mindfulness Sessions to support the wellbeing of employees.

Rest can be the most productive thing we do.
Taking 20 minutes to unwind enables us to continue our day with clearer focus and reduced stress.

These sessions include breath work, somatic practices, guided relaxations, mini EFT workshops and gentle movement to release tightness in neck and shoulders caused by sitting at a desk.

I also offer in-person Wellbeing workshops introducing simple rituals employees can bring into their daily life to feel calmer, more grounded, and supported.
These include:
- Somatic movement
- Gentle self-massage practice
- Guided meditation
- Breathing patterns to soothe your nervous system
- Tips on starting a journaling habit
- Eye drills for energy

There’ll also be time to chat, share experiences, and connect. Your team will leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and confident about adding small wellbeing practices into their everyday routine.
